A otkud ba\u0161 te boje? O tome retko ko od nas razmi\u0161lja. Boje u biljnom svetu koje nas asociraju na razli\u010dite periode u godini poti\u010du od pigmenata. Najupe\u010datljiviji su pigmenti u listovima i plodovima, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e boje koje vi\u0111amo na njima su zelena, \u017euta i crvena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Zeleni pigment poti\u010de od hlorofila.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlorofil se nalazi u hloroplastima. Zelene je boje zbog toga \u0161to apsorbuje&nbsp;&nbsp;plavi deo spektra sun\u010deve svetlosti i uz pomo\u0107 te energije u procesu fotosinteze stvara kiseonik i ugljene hidrate od vode i ugljen-dioksida. Apsorbuje plavi i zeleni deo spektra sun\u010deve svetlosti. U listu se beta-karoten nalazi pored hlorofila i s obzirom na to da je stabilniji od hlorofola ostaje u listu i kada tokom jeseni hlorofil nestane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-822FlVf7mKE\/YYEiyMVmJxI\/AAAAAAAAD9M\/nOjvUre9tmUtN1cAAGh0TddMJRbKowE4gCLcBGAsYHQ\/image.png\"><img src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-822FlVf7mKE\/YYEiyMVmJxI\/AAAAAAAAD9M\/nOjvUre9tmUtN1cAAGh0TddMJRbKowE4gCLcBGAsYHQ\/image.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Crveni pigment poti\u010de od antocijanina.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antocijanini su grupa jedinjenja \u010dije molekule mo\u017eemo izvesti iz strukture prikazane na slici iznad. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su plave ili crvene boje. Boja antocijanina zavisi od pH vrednosti, tako da su u kiselijoj sredini antocijanini crveni, a u manje kiseloj sredini boja varira od ljubi\u010daste do plave. Za stvaranje antocijanina u plodovima nekih biljaka (recimo kod jabuke) potrebna je visoka koncentracija ugljenih hidrata i intenzivno prisustvo sun\u010deve svetlosti.
